School is back, summer is over and it’s time to focus on training again!
Things are very active these days for those looking to train. This weekend we see Thambu Shihan and Mustard Shihan at Sendokan (Nic Mills dojo) in Mississauga, Canada. Classes are cancelled, except for Friday and Youth on Saturday this weekend.
For anyone who didn't get a personalized, autographed copy of Thambu Shihans book, The Art of Being", there will be a limited number available at the YAF Seminar at Sendokan in Mississauga this weekend.
